In this episode, we talk to Catherine Clawson, an NHS manager for children’s surgery across the South West, who works closely with clinical teams to develop surgical services. Catherine shares her passion for promoting safe and positive dog-child interactions, inspired by her own family life with Buddy, a large bull lurcher, and 16 young nieces and nephews, many of whom didn’t grow up around dogs. She discusses her journey as an author of Buddy & Tilda, a children’s picture book designed to encourage respectful relationships between dogs and children.
